LiveJournal was a major fandom hub in the 2000s. I was there intermittently from 2005 to about 2010, then slowly drifted away to Tumblr. Other people came and went at other times, affected by changes in site policy and fandom taste. But although many fandoms had other centers of gravity, LJ was the "fandom website" of its time; it was where you went to talk about your fandom, whatever it might be.
Maximum Ride was no exception. LiveJournal was not as central to MR fandom life as it was to other fandoms, but there was still a fair bit of activity... and now it's all but forgotten.
This page is different from the rest of the site. Most of the pages you are about to see are not hosted on this site -- they are hosted by archive.org. So expect longer loading times.
This page will change over time. This is a very, very small selection of what I've saved. I will add more when I am able to. For now I've prioritized content that was not posted to other sites.
And one more note: the format here will be different from elsewhere on the site. Some of these fics also existed on fanfiction.net, and I'm still weighing how to deal with differences in author name, et cetera. For now I have listed fics by author's LiveJournal name, followed by other aliases if different. (And if you wonder where I got a piece of information about a fic, it came from a copy on another site.)
